For three semesters, I wrote for the University of South Carolina's student-run newspaper as a news writer. Not only did I conduct interviews and write stories but I also fielded pitches from public relations people.
At my WCNY internship, I worked on some articles for a bimonthly, members-only magazine, such as a spring guide for what to do in the region and a culinary guide.
