Crisis Planning

Planning for crises is the best way to both avoid and manage them if and when they do occur. In my crisis and other classes, I've learned how best to advise a client or CEO during a crisis. I've also learned crises are very situational, and it's best to look at the whole situation (quickly yet thoroughly) before making any decisions.
